Pictured doing a class presentation is Mildred Mabaane from Graskop. The students in the Whiteriver group were recruited from Nelspruit, Graskop, Sabie, Woodhouse and Phumlani. The students are mostly commuinty volunteers who want to get a qualification in the field they are already working in. As adults learning again, different methods were implemented to ensure maximum learning. Role plays, class presentations, group work and class discussions. Theoretical modules were fun for both facilitator and learners.
