Richard Matanda, a Congolese citizen who completed his Master’s Thesis at UWC under the supervision of dr Charlene Erasmus with the title “A formative implementation evaluation of a Social Auxiliary Worker (SAW) training program”.

This theory-based evaluation has been conducted with an improvement-orientated purpose on the CEFA SAW training. For CEFA this study was very important for quality assurance purposes and to improve and continue to implement the current SAW training program. On the picture is Richard when he visited CEFA and handed over his thesis.
