Empowering people by providing real life, practical solutions to their further education and training needs is why CEFA exists. CEFA therefore extends a very warm welcome to Makheni Motana and her Real Solutions Training team, who now join forces with CEFA. The CEFA / RST Team will provide a broader, more comprehensive range of total solutions, tailor-made for each client, across the whole spectrum of the corporate, government, smme and ngo fields.

Makheni and RST

Since 1999, RST has specialised in providing customized Organisational Development and HR interventions through workshops and inspirational talks tailored to the needs of the individual client. Makheni and her team believe in:

Makheni’s people well know that humans run organisations, that time is money, that teamwork with lateral thinking is essential – and that the whole mix works best with care, consideration and a healthy dose of humour. RST interventions run a whole gamut from culture through strategy, visionary teamwork, implementation planning, service, self-confidence and energy-smart mindsets – to HIV. The client list is long, ranging from large corporations through Government (including Correctional Services), country clubs, recruitment agencies, magazines, Telkom and the tourist industry. Makheni is a sought-after key-note speaker; she and her team have been involved in a long list of seminars and speaking engagements, including Dynamic Principals Workshops and International Creativity Conferences. 

A speaker and story teller of considerable note, Makheni comes from a very diverse background of experience, from which she claims to have reinvented herself. She has been a college lecturer, pharmaceutical rep., customer service manager, call service manager, communications and marketing senior manager, organisational development manager and facilitator, computer programmer and account executive. It is this highly impressive wide ranging currency basket of experience which makes her so well qualified to empower and develop others. Whilst she believes in hard work and application, she believes also in the values of having a sense of humour.
