CEFA in the News : George

Individual learners registering for CEFA's Social Auxiliary Work training course in George. CEFA is proud of its unique training model which is implemented countrywide. It is unique in that practical training occurs in communities and is outcomes based. This ensures that people are trained whilst they continue to work, thereby remaining both economically independent and active in the workplace. Together with the training of learners, community members are empowered to be facilitators and learners are supported by local social workers acting as mentors.
