Tue, 20 Jul, 2010
It is often difficult for learners, especially those who haven't been in a training environment for a while, to adapt to learning and learning conditions. In order to assist learners to make a smooth transition cefa offers a four to five day non credit bearing Academic Development Program. This program functions as a bridging programme to orientate learners' in adjusting their existing level of skills and knowledge to the new learning experience.
The Academic Development Programme is an optional facility cefa offers to clients where big groups of learners are trained. Mostly big groups are trained in the workplace environment and it is often hard for learners to make the transition between working and learning. Although not compulsory, it is highly recommended for the programme to be included in the training package.

- Self-development skills
